The Labrusca Family Office AB (“Labrusca”) is a Swedish securities company under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority with an approval to conduct securities activities, including asset management. Labrusca manages the fund Labrusca Fund - Global (“the fund”). Labrusca also act as the global distributor of the fund. The fund is working under the UCITS III framework.

The management company of the fund is SEB Fund Services S.A. The fund administrator is European Fund Administration (“EFA”). The custody of the assets in the fund is managed by SEB S.A in Luxembourg.
